GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS
The organisers require abstracts for all papers, thematic sessions and workshops. The abstracts should be written in English or in French, not exceeding 500 words and structured according to the abstract form that can be found at the end of this page and with the following obligatory headings:
-Authors and affiliations
-Abstract (up to 500 words)
The deadline for abstracts' submission is the 14th of December 2008. Receipts of all abstracts will be acknowledged and the authors of accepted papers will be notified by the 11th of January 2009.
The deadline for full papers submission is 30 March 2009. Full papers should be submitted in English, French or Greek.
The organisers consider acceptance of a presentation as a commitment by at least one of the authors to register for and attend the conference to present the paper. If extenuating circumstances prevent the author from making the presentation, it is the author's obligation to find an alternative presenter and to notify the organisers.

The languages of the conference will be in English, French and Greek.
Presentation can be made in English, French or Greek.
Conference proceedings will be published in ISBN - CD ROM.
